And after a long day of all that fun you get to relax in this beautiful 2nd floor home with an open & warm feel as you enter, each bedroom on opposite ends of the home, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen is spacious and open to the dining & family room areas. The balcony overlooks an open field giving you a wonderful view and feel of privacy, parking is underground and gated with 2 storage closets & 2 parking spaces 67 & 68 with the elevator just a very short distance taking you to the second floor, making it very convenient. There is also a very nice restaurant called Tradewinds Cafe & Bar right on the premises. And just a short stroll down the sidewalk you will stumble upon a wonderful park with a playground, picnic tables, bathrooms, & a nature walk along the water. You will also find a nice peaceful courtyard with a Jacuzzi for those relaxing evenings under the stars after a day at the beach! OH, there is more, wondering how to charge your electric vehicle, just recently the complex added 7 EV Charging Stations in the parking lot of the complex ..WOW !
